Sokymat Identification USA, the North American sales and service

organization of Sokymat SA, announced today, that the majority owner

of Sokymat SA in Switzerland, Ake Gustafson, has sold his shares to

Assa Abloy, a Swedish 3 billion dollar company. Assa Abloy has acquired

in the past RFID companies like HID, Metget, Indala and others.

Sokymat Identification USA is a fully independent and 100% locally owned

corporation and is not affected by the change of ownership of Sokymat SA

in Switzerland. We will continue to provide excellent service to our broad

customer base here in North America as we did in the past.
