Sokymat Identification USA, the North American sales and service organization of Sokymat SA, announced today, that Sokymat SA in Switzerland and Metget AB, both part of ASSA ABLOY ITG, are joining forces and become the "new" Sokymat. Headquarter of the new company, which will have a new company logo, will be in Switzerland.

Sokymat Identification USA will continue to operate in the same manner as in the past and will continue to provide the well known excellent service to their North American customers.
